If I had to pick one, basmati.

I lived in/outside of Chicago for a few years and the Chicago dog is literally the one thing they got right. People bitch about their "pizza", but they don't even eat deep dish/stuffed crust; they eat this garbage, thin crust tavern style shit that's cut into squares. They also boast about having shitty gyros - which is a complete yuropoor flex. They do somehow have pretty good Mexican food, but everything else like like living in an irl reddit hellhole that loves the smell of its own farts.
