I'm just tired of eating shitty quality bread, as far as I'm concerned mass-produced bread in this country became inedible in 2015.

What I do is I lightly rub my New York Strip Steak with some penis oil, generously season with k. salt and b. pepper. Put it on a hot pan, high heat. 5 minutes on one end, 4 on the other. Done.

Today, I made an AMAZING home cooked meal with some wine. Filled me right up. I ate it around 2 or 3pm. Now it's 9:28PM, I honestly don't feel hungry, but I have a craving for my nightly snacking for popcorn, chips, and soda. It's something I've been doing for the past couple of days. I know I'll feel depressed as soon as I'm done eating. I KNOW I don't feel hungry. But the habit is strong. How can I prevent myself from indulging in this habit?
