Crispy veinna sausages with rice and soysauce.

So co/ck/bags, what's the most recent dish you've made and how could you have improved upon it?


I made steak and spinach noodles with cream sauce. First sauteed the shallots in butter/bacon drippings, added the cut and pounded flat steak strips, Tony's, pepper, worcestershire, splash of beer, and red pepper. At the same time I boiled some salted/peppered water and added rotini, rotelle, and radiatore.

I attempted to make a roux/bechamel with beef drippings, but fucked up hard, so instead made a boiled cream sauce spiced with pepper, red pepper, oregano, parsley, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and then added beef and the spinach (just cooked with olive oil/salt, then chopped fine).

Poured it over the drained noodles and mixed with butter and parmesan.


It was pretty damn good, but could've used more onion/shallot/garlic, more spinach, a tinge more butter, been spicier, and had more parmesan. Also some peppers would've been nice.
