I was a horrendously sheltered child who ate an extremely small and unhealthy range of foods and I never bothered improving it in my college years for lack of steady income, but that's at last been solved, so I can finally start learning to eat and cook healthy+quality.

Does /ck/ have any recommendations for good cookbooks, equipment, and/or ingredient sources?
