I purchased this knife a few weeks ago.

Didn't really live up to expectations. I'll stick with MAC knives from now on.

I use the Miyabi 7000MCD for most of my prepping.

I've heard MAC knives are amazing. I'll be getting one for my next purchase.

I use a Miyabi 7000MCD Gyuto. It's amazing.

My secondary knives are the F.Dick 1905 Series.

I have a Miyabi 7000MCD and it is amazing. If you have a chance to try it, you should. It stays almost permanently sharp and has a bit of a french/german curve to it. Definitely my favorite from my Knife collection.
