Im in serious need of help /CK/. 2 days ago I had a takeout egg sandwich from a place that i have been going too for years. Unfortunately the eggs or sausage must have been contaminated or fucked up and i have been sick with salmonella. Pretty much anything i eat that i feel is safe makes me have intense pain in my gut and causes me to shit my insides out. What can i eat that wont cause me to experience the amount of discomfort i am feeling
