yeah I'll make bruno's fruitcake. Tried a fruitcake from a monastery where they soaked it in rum for 2 months. Wasn't bad but way too many flavors imo. Making panettone at home requires a pretty long and careful proof. Though now that I think about it my anova oven probably can do the proof pretty easy if I don't mind not using it for like 3 days lol
