How to make good coffee

Have finely ground dark roast.

Turkish/Bosnian method - gives slight burnt taste
Heat up brass/coper cezve and separately heat up water to close to boiling
Pour 1 mound tea spoon of coffee into cezve per serving (and sugar if you have to ruin it) and shake it to absorb heat.
If you like oaky burnt taste put it back on stove for a second or two.
Pour hot water into cezve and mix it with tea spoon
Put it back on stove till it rises right to the top
Scoop the cream of the top with spoon and pour it into fildžan.
Pour rest of the coffee into fildžan slowly so that grounds remain in cezve

Rest of balkan method.

Pour water into cezve
Put it on heat to start boiling, remove it.
If cezve is more than half full pour some of the water in separate mug.
Pour 1 mounded tea spoon of coffee into cezve per serving (about 1/2-1dL). Mix it
Put back on heat to rise, remove it before it spills over.
Wait 10-15 seconds and put it back on heat up to 3 times for stronger flavor if you wish
Pour it into cup
