You bought some filter and espresso from a new roaster and they were both way darker than what you were expecting I think. Anyways I was complimenting your moka profile for those roasts. Extract quick at high heat then drop off so you don't toast it. You of course, schitzed. How do you feel about now you've tried lighter roasts like the duck rabbit wush and proud mary's stuff?
