No, most do not have sashimi. They all have nigiri though, which is where you can really get your money's worth. Closest I had to sashimi at the place I go to is salmon/tuna poki.

There was an Asian buffet restaurant in my area that recently closed, but they had much better than average sushi for a buffet. $14.95 included all you can eat salmon, tuna and escolar sashimi. I always ate at least a pound of sashimi. Too bad it closed. Pic related

I prefer sashimi and nigiri, but I like almost all sushi. Hell, i'll even eat a cooked/fried roll if it looks good. But I hate the Philadelphia roll or any variation because cream cheese has no place in any sushi!
