My uncle won't fly in from California and both of my cousins have babies so the family won't come over for dinner
This was supposed to be the first year where I run the whole show. I was gonna do:
>a dry-brined and deboned turkey roast
>stuffing made with ground beef, rosemary, thyme, schmaltz
>four cheese potatoes au gratin
>roasted winter vegetables with garlic
>orange galette au rois
>millionaire's shortbread
>apple tarte train
>mocha bundt cake
>pumpkin pie for traditional tastelets
>parmesan and herb palmiers to go out with the cheese and crackers

I went from cooking for 20 to cooking for 3. Feels bad man
