cover them in a nice salty spicy rub; my all time fav for drumsticks is the Montreal Steak seasoning, it's godly.

Then bake at 375ºF/190ºC about 45 minutes. Some people like hotter to get them crispy faster, but you don't want to burn all your spice so 375 is better imo. If they start getting too crisp or look like they're gonna burn cover them in foil.
