I've been drinking hot tea like a madman lately.
My favs are:
Twinings English Breakfast
Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Gold
And some small run Russian Caravan tea that is heavy on the Lapsang Souchong, although Twinings Lapsang Souchong is decent.

-age steak for 24 hours in fridge.
-remove from fridge and allow to reach room temp.
-beat with back of chefs knife (never use a hammer)
-pan, med heat, lots of butter, crushed garlic and fresh ROSEMARY into the pan.
-cook 3 mins each side, little salt, lots of pepper.
-steak is rested for 5 mins by the time red wine is poured

my sourdough takes 3-6 hours depending on the temperature for the first rise. I then let shape it and let it proof again in the fridge overnight. The oven's done preheating by the time I finish my shower and my bread bakes while I have breakfast. Why rush it? I even find time to go to the gym and get other things done between folds during my first rise.
