Buttered and toasted white bread. Chicken eggs cooked and scrambled with fried bacon. Shredded brown potatoes cooked in butter. Some kind of sausage, unsure on that one.

According to every person i've asked who is 40 or above, it is not a good time. Heart disease or otherwise. I hang out with a lot of older people and all they do is complain about not being young and constantly tell me not to take my youth lightly.
Anecdote, I know, but I really get the impression getting old is hard no matter how you've lived your life.
