This one is EZ mode from my home state.

The infamous horseshoe was invented in my state.

It's one or two pieces of Texas toast (thick cut white bread) with meat on it - traditionally a burger patty but you can also get pork tenderloin, grilled chicken, chicken tenders, shaved ham, turkey, or basically anything you can think of. The meat and bread are covered with French fries and smothered in cheese sauce and, some places, also gravy.

It's a disgusting fatty carb overload of a dish and no wonder everyone in the Midwest is fucking obese.

This shit is why so many people were chubby as shit where I grew up. (Krekel's burgers were fucking good as shit too)
