Maybe but I like my meat well done no matter what it is. And then I have it with a side of Steak Sauce preferably A1 or that cheap walmart brand that tastes nearly identical to it.

Unless you're marinading or herb crusting and smoking your steaks they're gonna be pretty plain. And even then im still going to have a tablespoon of steak sauce to the side to accentuate the flavor with something sharp and vinegar.

I better not see any blood coming out of it. I dont really like the blood flavor. And thats an indicator that it us NOT DONE yet and has pathogens in it.
