Just quit alcohol and weed a week ago

My mind feels slow. I have this underlying anxiety that doesnt let me sit still and makes me want to run a marathon. I can’t focus on anything.

Is this just what being sober is like? Will i get better? Do antidepressants help?

I’m scared brehs. I’d rather drink and smoke for the rest of my life than live like this
