It's honestly second hand embarassment

I get so tired of people being like "SIGH...I just DON'T like that. How can you eat that? it's gross!" etc etc

for instance, my partner hates tuna and broccoli and cauliflower. We cannot eat these things in a meal despite dat tuna protein and delicious steamed broccoli. It really gets on my nerves

"Tuna is GROSS! If you're going to open that shit, let me know so I can leave the room."

this is coming from a person that eats fucking ramen noodles on white untoasted bread.

"I don't like broccoli and cauliflower. I don't want to eat little trees"

I just want to slap the shit out of him. It's infuriating that I have to leave prime ingredients out of shit because he wants to be a picky manchild. Know what I don't like? Onions and peppers. Why? Because I'm allergic to them but suck it the fuck up and eat them sometimes

I personally don't like nuts in my desserts. I'm very plain when it comes to dessert and I like it as plain as can be. I don't really enjoy having something simple like a cake, pie, or slice, filled with 100 different fruits, nuts, etc. Hand me a chocolate or caramel or tart or something and I'm happy.
