Avoiding microwave radiation by walking back and forth across your kitchen while you heat up your food.

If you put a hot-dog in the microwave for 6 minutes it becomes beef jerky.

That's my food hack of the day.

So whats the best way to reheat something (eg spaghetti or pizza) with a microwave without having it taste like shit afterwards?

I remember hearing something about putting water in a cup in the microwave but how much water and how does it actually work and all that shit?

Obesity rates actually increased as more microwaves ovens where being sold. It makes perfect sense really. It's easier to make a hot snack 6 times a day with a microwave oven than with a conventional oven or a stove.

Can the microwave be used to cook legitimate not-ramen, not-tv-dinner meals?

My apartment doesn't have an oven or stove, just a microwave

So, i'm living for a while in an apartment with no oven, but with a little microwave. Is there anything worthy I can actually cook in it? Not those fake-cupcake recipes

Only thing I really know that works is a condensed milk pudding, that tbh tastes better than made in the oven. Can share recipe if interested

>be in a free apartment given by employers
>it's a piece of shit with 1 tiny, crappy kitchen for like 10 people(prolly why most of them just eat out).

Fuck that shit I ain't cooking under these conditions.

Would it be safe to just put some chicken breast in a microwave safe tupperware, dump spices and other shit on it then microwave for 5-8 minutes or something?

I just want to eat chicken breast and frozen veggies for dat der nutrition.

What's the point of learning how to cook when these and ready meals exist?

Hey, /ck/.

Is using a microwave to reheat food bad for you? I mean, you're using microwaves to reheat food (and even cook food) in a matter of a minute. Surely this can't be good?
