So what are you cooking for christmas, either for yourself or friends/familly?
For me it's christmas ham with a mustard/egg crust, julkorv (Christmas sausage), prinskorv (prince sausage), skagenröra (shrimp, mayonaise caviar and dill mixed togheter), pickled herring, eggs and potatoes.
Sorry, no meatballs. Only eats grandmas homemade meatballs. Scan can go fuck themself, their meatballs taste like shit.

Also, do americans eat ham on christmas. When I visited they only served turkey and casseroles pretty much.
