Central Florida, I dont like their chips either, the burrito and chimichanga by themselves. thats what the hot sauce bar is for, my place has about 20 at a time from not hot to hot as shit.

I have a really big favor to ask of you guys.

My girlfriend is coming over for the first time tonight, and I'm in charge of making dinner. I don't want to make her my basic college-student meal (chicken, rice, salad), but I'm hitting a wall coming up with anything good.

It doesn't help, of course, that my kitchen is far from optimal. My little kitchen sports a single camp burner, a rice cooker, and a small toaster oven that goes up to 900 watts. I'm also limited by the fact that Japanese supermarkets don't always stock the most "exotic" (i.e. basic) ingredients needed...

I'd really appreciate some tips or recipe ideas, I've got just under 6 hours to get a game plan in order.
