When do you consider that you may be drinking too much coffee?

I always like to have a mug in the morning, and one in the evening, I can't do it always, but this is almost a law for me. Although sometimes if I go out, or I ruin my coffee for whatever reason, I have some more, and yet I will still want my morning and noon coffee anyways.
