Feel free to ignore. I'm schizoaffective and over the past year or two both on and off medication I've had fuck all for appetite. I work a physical job so eating is sort of necessary. A lot of times I'll just devolve to microwavable dinners,protein shakes and whatever weird snacks I like. (Those cheap ass fake crab sticks and lox) . I've found it's a lot of figuring out what still looks appealing. And quick to cook. Impulse buying if something looks good seems to work.
>alcohol kicks on my appetite so tend to drink a lot. But I don't fully recommend this
