What's the secret with skinny chefs? You spend all day cooking and tasting food that usually favors flavor more than healthiness (thus more sugar and fat and butter and other high calorie ingredients), but some chefs like pic related are also somewhat old, but stay in great shape.

Is it possible to learn this power? Every cook I've ever met was skinnyfat at best.
