I used to order to my house, but lately I've been staying late at work and ordering pizza to my building and the store that serves my workplace frequently brings regular Pepsi which gives me a tummyache instead of diet.
After a few times I wrote 'diet pepsi pls' in special instructions in addition to double-checking to make sure I selected diet. When I got a regular Pepsi again I politely asked the courier for a refund and she this she just said 'I saw Pepsi on the order so I got Pepsi' and I was like "well I guess there's a problem with the website or something whatever". But then I got a call after she left saying "Oh shit I just saw the receipt and you did say diet my bad I'll bring you your soda."

I already tip, so I don't feel too bad asking for them to get my order right, but I'd rather find a way to get them to get the order right the first time, or at least prove that I'm not mistaken. I thought of screencapping my order and printing it out to show them I'm not crazy.

It's not much of an inconvenience but I also work with covid samples so I don't wanna infect the whole Pizza Hut by making them go back and forth for my diet soda.
