No can do. in NYC I know a shitton of stores where you can find 100% authentic shit, but you are going to pay at least twice the price for everything. Which isn't a big deal if you're a good cook. Certain hard to find ingredients will be worth the price and the rest you can substitute with normal stuff. Fish shouldn't be too hard to get if you're coastal.


You can find authentic chinese ingredients way easier for cheaper tho

Looks like a sloppy mess thats going to fall out the other side. Both plastic and watery at the same time. A bun the will shred and all apart at the lightest touch but doesnt, its the uncanny valley of food. Some horrible mistake that shouldve never come to pass.
