Yeah, I did the exact same and I'd try 5/5 next time too.
When you get back to Tokyo, though, absolutely try Toybox. It was probably my favorite ramen I had over my years in Japan.

I've had ramen from Hokkaido to Fukuoka and several places inbetween.
Its rare for people to finish the soup. You certainly could finish it, but it isn't required, expected, or considered an insult if you don't.
Anyone who tells you you absolutely must, that's bullshit.
