Drop a room temperature egg into boiling water for the number of minutes on the chart that corresponds with how much you want it cooked. If you don't overcook your eggs then peeling will be easy. The shell likes to stick to the egg white when you overcook them.

How do you like your boiled eggs /ck/? I like them at four. The whites are solid, but the yolk is still liquid. They make a perfect sauce pouch for dipping toast.
