Cook on lower heat. Not much, just a little so that your more of your shit can cook proper and not just on the surface.

If frying something on a pan and it get crowded, don't cook all the shit at once. Put a little bit and let that shit cook and put it on another low heat pan or oven so that that shit doesn't go cold.

It'll take more time, but if you aim to cook for more people, it's only par for the course.
