try eating more basic shit like a baked potato and other steamed veggies they will most certainly keep you from being hungry in a short while once your body gets accustomed which can really take more than just a handful of weeks. Should you feed your belly with more of those usually hypoglycemic types of foods expect to have those desires again as i said earlier those foods are much like lighter fluid which ignite quickly and need more and more helpings =/
