>I've had a lot of sushi over the years, I have to confess something bros. I really, really prefer the cooked variants served at family style conveyor belt sushi restaurants. They add sauces, creams, spices and seasonings that make the flavor experience so much better.
All the fancy Michelin sushi places I've been to have used sauces and seasonings and garnishes to the point that it's often uncomfortable to eat with hands desu.
