You are both retards. Pland and grain "protein" isn't even protein. it's pretty low on the quality scale and doesn't do as much for us. Combining it with another plant protein improves that but animal products are still the best. Soy actually seems to be the best plant protein though which isn't too far off from animal products, but it's probably going to be lower in other things like usable iron which might make it less beneficial.
