I use it in every dish.

If I want to just use it as a flavor enhancer without getting the unami taste, I use 1/4 tsp per LB of meat or veggies.

If I want that strong unami falvor, I use 1tsp per LB of meat or veggies

Any vets who are chefs in here? I have a cat but I'm worried he is only being polite by giving him the food I get him. Like when I come home to feed him rather than getting interested in his food he puts his nose to it, turns his head, sits away then gives up and slowly eats maybe half the food before solemnly walking away.

If I give him a lil bit of pic related, will be enjoy it how I enjoy my noodles?
