it's been a while and I never got the courage back, but a couple yours ago I made pho from scratch.
simple receipe, tasted just like the restaurant stuff.

Yeah, but depression sometimes catch up and i stop.

I usually prep on Mondays evenings/nights because garbage day is Tuesday.

My go to's:

>Hunter Chicken
>Tuna / Egg Salad for sandwiches.

I also cut vegetables for the whole week to eat with lunch and snacks.

About every two/three days i'll cook up some carbs :

I had the afternoon off and I passed by an asin grocery store. It's Pho tonight!

I have vietnamese meat balls, chive and onions to garnish it.
