Bought 1.5 lbs of top sirloin. It spent most of yesterday in the Crock Pot with some onions, garlic, hot sauce, et cetera... turned out really well (tastes better than this photo looks!), made burritos last night, might make tacos with it tonight. Have some green onions and cilantro on hand to dress it up a bit. And "La Salsa Chilean" a locally produced fresh salsa which is really outstanding.
