i heard fermenting weakins the heat.
i just made some hot sauce with 6 habaneros, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cup vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 2oz of dried tabasco peppers

honestly its meh at best, it tastes exactly like a more spicy crystal's

thats just a dried poblano and they are basically a bell.
I thought it might just be the store bought ones so i grew my own and wasn't impressed
