>go home with a shit load of lamb neck, freeze most of it and cook for myself and eat the leftovers for 3 days.

I'm fine when it's about work because my life revolves around it and I know what the fuck I'm talking about, I can talk about it for hours if anyone is bored enough to listen.
The problem for me is when people ask questions about my personal life and what I'm doing on the weekend, shit like that just makes me clam up and give one word answers.

So I usually cook everything in this house, but right now my dad is grilling steaks. I let them rest, s+p, only flip once, perfect hashmarks, and perfect done-ness. What do you guys think his result will be? Uber pleb to the max.

He likes them mid-rare-mid. My guess is he will achieve well-done.
