DUUUUUUDE. OP. Listen.
I love Louisiana hot sauce. Have you tried their premium brand, Louisiana Gold? It's the king of hot sauce. Seriously, my most favorite hot sauce ever, and I have and have had dozens and dozens.
Anyway, I always keep a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce by the stove for cooking, and a bottle of Louisiana Gold on the table for seasoning. Also, fuck Frank's, I make wings with Louisiana hot sauce, because it's the bomb.
I also keep a bottle of Tapatio on the table, and have another 10 or 12 hot sauces in the cabinet and refrigerator, but those are my most used and most beloved. Pic related.

The best use for sriracha I've found is to spice up (in place of dende oil) Moqueca. Adds just the right flavor, which is odd, but it works. And, of course, it goes well with asian foods. Other than that, I go for other hot sauces. Pic related, my most favorite hot sauce ever.
