Wow, you just can't be bothered to type "bleu+sharp cheddar" again, huh?
So bleu? Fuck no, who the fuck would put that on a burger? I'm quite familiar with it. Nice and tasty in salad. Mixed with any other cheese it makes your victims (oops, "guests") wonder if the cheese has gone bad. Doesn't melt for shit. Such an obvious bad choice that NO, I've never put it on a burger.
Sharp cheddar? Yes. I love this cheese. It goes very well with beef. Unfortunately, as I've already said, id doesn't melt properly. The texture is completely wrong for cheeseburgers, which is sad.
But at this point, I'm just repeating myself.
Either refute my claims, or move on to a new point.
