I use tallow that I render myself because I'm based. It has a really high smoke point, tastes great, and is a fat that's actually good for you. Plus I get the beef trimmings for it for $2/lb from my butcher. If I don't want a meaty tasting fat then I use grapeseed oil to fry things in. I use extra virgin olive oil too but only for pizza sauce and salad dressing.

Whatever you do, don't add beans. It's literally not chili if it has beans. Never forget that. Big Bean shills will try and convince you otherwise

Honestly I've never seen anyone smart or successful eat beans. It's always poor people. And they always try to pretend that they're so good but it's obvious that it's just poorfag cope. The texture is objectively offensive and chili literally isn't chili if it has beans.

I feel the chicken breast is a cooklet filter. Unlike dark meat which is really hard to overcook, excellent breast meat requires being pulled at very specific temperatures. It also benefits from brining. Basically retards can't figure out how to cook it so they claim it's a bad cut of meat
