I will now tell you about the breakfast item I just made
I call it the Sloppa Bagel Sandwich

>Prepare 2 eggs in a bowl, don't mix them yet, just put some salt and pepper and shredded cheese in there
>Slice a bagel
>Take 2 tablespoons of butter
>Put it in a pan
>Heat up the butter
>When it's hot enough, put your two halves of the sliced bagel on there and toast em up
>Take the bagels off after they're nicely toasted
>Now put your egg in there, and immediately turn off the heat
>Scramble your eggs in the pan until nice and creamy
>Slop some cream cheese on both sides of the bagel
>Slop the eggs on the bottom slice
>Slop some hot sauce on top of the eggs
>Slop some onion straws or bacon on there for a crispy element
>Slop the top of the bagel on
>Get a fork to eat all the delicious egg that slops out

Lettuce seems to be the way to go then. Seems easy and low-cost.

I used to think you need to rinse off the nasty slim. Then I read it's bad because you end up splashing the nasty slim everywhere. The heat will kill anything nasty anyways.
