It's okay to enjoy both. I might order (very rarely) Italian style pizza whilst out at a restaurant. Although I've only ever been to one pizza restaurant in my life and that was in France, best pizza I've ever had too. Amerilard pizza on the other hand is best enjoyed as a secret shame as a glutton, usually in my boxers, whilst spending the entire evening watching films. It's the kind of event where you need to be comfortable and near a toilet just in case. That's the American way.

She's right. I worked for a summer at restaurant with primarily American tourist clientele. A lot of them were drinking an entire litre of coke for breakfast at 8AM. It's fucking disgusting.

beer is not supposed to be drank cold in the first place. being cold numbs the flavour. it is a trick to make prohibition-era watered down pisslager tolerable. only recently during the american beer renaissance are people (mostly millenials & zoomers) finally realizing that beer can have distinct flavours and aromae that need not be covered up by the cold.
