Does anyone else think fat people are absolutely pathetic? I recently made the decision to lose weight because I was getting too fat and within a month I have already lost 20 pounds and it wasn't even difficult. What really makes me laugh is the fact that the fatter you are, the EASIER it is to lose weight, and these fat asses still struggle. I am a biological female and even with my reduced BMR and LBM, I was able to do it.

God. Lol. I only went from 180-160 too. If you're a 200+ male and can't diet down, then I don't know what to tell you.
