get a good dark/spiced rum. higher alcohol than Bailey's, but still sweet and goes down smooth. maybe also get some ginger beer if you absolutely have to mix it

I've always thought a big brand like Jack Daniels would have pleb status here on /ck/. It actually is as good as it tastes even when that pricey on broad alcohol scale?

Recommend me some rums, I'm probably gonna pick some next time I visit liquor store.

I never really got into alcohol in high school because I thought it tasted awful. I had a sip here and there; most of it was forced.. such as whiskey. That shit tastes awful.

I do enjoy what people call here "women drinks". I assume it's all those fruity little drinks.

I kind of want to give alcohol a second shot just for fun. I figure if I like sweet stuff, maybe I should try rum? Mixing it with stuff first? I'm just thinking about this now because TV is getting bombed with Kraken Rum ads. I think 47% alcohol is a little too hardcore, though.

What should I mix with my Kraken?

I was considering two, since it came down to which had the best looking bottle, I went with the Havana Club - how's Kraken compared to the Havana 7?

I've got some rum left over from new years, it's not the best and i'm not too big a fan of spiced rum. Any tips?

I was drinking it with apple cider and that's pretty delicious.

Just turned 21 a few days ago. I have been drinking TONS of spiced rum since then. So far my favorite drink has been The Kraken. I usually drink it straight or mix it with Ginger Ale.

What should I try next? I don't really enjoy the taste of beer.
