Called my boyfriend in for a bite.
This is what happened. LOL
Breast meat is flavorful, tender, and juicy, more like a nice ribeye than chicken imo.
And then of course the skin was crisp but rich, sweetened slightly by the apple.
I usually stew the bird afterwards but idk guys I think I'm just gonna chow down and then cook the remaining carcass.

The fat in the pan will be drained and used for making delicious potatoes and whatever else.
Gotta take care of my living ducks now! Bone apple tea!
