>do you really believe you can keep a diet?
Yes.

I asked for healthy meals and not your bung advice. Stop being butthurt that I'm not letting you talk down to me. And if you think I'm hopeless then fuck off.

I have a problem with films like this.
>"hurr let's put tuna on the endangered species list!"
Yeah, okay, and then what? Hunt down another fish until you deem it fit to list that one as endangered too? Eat more beef that actually damages the environment worse and consume more resources?
The issue is that these films rarely talk about the future and what other options will become available.
I remember ten or fifteen years ago sushi was still a 'foreign' concept in most rural and suburban areas in America. Nowadays you can hit up at least one Japanese restaurant that serves sushi within a reasonable distance. Sushi is viewed as cultured or sophisticated whereas many people before, and some still do, consider it gross.

So who's to say that cultural tastes may not influence the future sources for protein?
Many people talk about bugs as the future for protein, as well as nuts and quinoa which are already becoming quite popular in the culinary world.

There's just no future agenda with people like this. It's all doomsday bullshit.
