Anyone have any moka tips for when your stuck brewing grounds that are too fine? I don't mind the coffee, but since it's so fine it brews slow which makes the sour and bitter notes contrasted to hell.

Any roast will work. The thing you want to be careful of is acid level. I brewed this coffee that was so acidic, it curdled my half&half.
