There's a newer China dumpling place called yanhuang by the golf course in fairport. It's good and the owner and staff are goofy FOBs that don't seem to really know how to run a restaurant in America, but do like to cook. I was looking up their name on the google and saw this post of theirs, which you will find imparts the whole feeling of yanhuang gourmet restaurant.
