So /ck/, I was interviewed today for either to either be a prep cook or pizza cook at true food kitchen.
I have to go in tomorrow so they can test me. I will be unpaid for the 2 hours or so that they're just throwing recipes at me and checking my knife skills.
WHAT DO?
Important tips for either recipes or cutting?
