ITT: Restaurant job question

I have an interview for a kitchen job(a lot of varied kitchen jobs that are being interviewed for, things like busboy, dishwasher, chef, etc) at a local restaurant in my small town.

The thing is, I have no experience in this field, or with interviewing for it, so I'm not sure what kind of questions I might get. The manager there said experience wasn't important, that he could train anyone and as long as they had integrity, and are willing to work hard they'll do fine.

So, do you guys have any advice, I'm pretty sure I'll be interviewing for a peon position, eventually leading to some sort of cook promotion, hopefully.
